We want booking with The Bramble Studio to be as straightforward as possible.

More than 3 days before your workshop

If you cancel more than 3 days before your scheduled workshop, you're entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to another available workshop date.

Within 3 days of your workshop

​

Bookings cancelled within 3 days of the workshop are normally non-refundable, as your place has been reserved specifically for you and we may not have enough notice to offer it to someone else.

If you'd like to transfer your booking to another date, please get in touch. We'll do our best to accommodate you where we can, subject to availability.

Genuine emergencies

Life happens! If you're unable to attend because of a genuine emergency or unexpected circumstances outside your control, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll consider the circumstances and, where reasonably possible, offer a transfer, credit or refund.

If you don't attend

If you don't attend your workshop and haven't contacted us beforehand, the booking will normally be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

If we cancel your workshop

If The Bramble Studio needs to cancel a workshop, we'll contact you as soon as possible. You'll be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another available date.

We will always aim to give as much notice as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
